The service

QuotaMint provides software for configuring plans and feature entitlements, recording usage, and checking or consuming quotas and credits. The service evaluates the data and configuration you provide; you remain responsible for your application, its business rules, and the action it takes in response to a QuotaMint result. A check is informational; use the consume operation when your application needs the authoritative usage decision.

QuotaMint is not a payment gateway for your application’s customers. Your application’s customer billing remains your responsibility. Dodo Payments processes payment for QuotaMint’s own paid subscriptions.

Accounts and access

Keep your account information accurate and protect your sign-in details and API keys. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for granting appropriate access to workspace members. Tell us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.

Your data and permitted use

You retain your rights to the information and content you submit. You authorize QuotaMint to host, process, and transmit that information as needed to provide and secure the service. You are responsible for having the rights and permissions required to submit it, for providing any notices required to your customers, and for choosing data that is appropriate to send to QuotaMint. Use QuotaMint only in compliance with applicable law and these terms. Do not use the service to interfere with its operation or security, access another account or project without permission, evade service limits, or transmit unlawful or malicious content.

Paid plans and recurring billing

Paid plans are subscriptions billed per workspace. They renew automatically at the price and interval presented at checkout (currently monthly) until canceled. Dodo Payments processes subscription checkout and billing; payment-card details are handled by Dodo rather than stored by QuotaMint. You authorize the recurring charges for the plan you select.

Promotional offers

The limited-time LAUNCH50 offer gives 50% off the first billing period for an eligible paid plan when the code is accepted at checkout. Later billing periods renew at the listed price without the discount. The checkout displays the final amount before purchase.

Cancellation and plan access

Manage a subscription through the billing portal. The portal asks you to choose and confirm the cancellation timing; opening the portal or the confirmation shown by QuotaMint does not itself cancel a subscription.

• Cancel immediately: when Dodo confirms the cancellation, the workspace moves to the Free plan and paid plan access ends immediately.
• Cancel at the end of the billing period: the paid plan remains available through the period-end date shown in the billing portal. The workspace then moves to the Free plan.

A cancellation does not automatically reverse a charge or create a refund. If Dodo has not confirmed the cancellation, the subscription may remain active and continue to renew.

Refunds

Subscription payments are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law or a billing error is confirmed. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at support@quotamint.com. Nothing in this policy limits refund or other rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Availability and changes

We may update or change parts of the service. We work to keep QuotaMint available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, address a violation of these terms, or comply with law.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee that it will meet every requirement or that every usage decision will match your application’s needs. You are responsible for testing your integration and deciding how your application handles service results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page and updating the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions about these terms can be sent to support@quotamint.com.
